Versatile breading Pork, Chicken, Beef or Seafood
This breading is good for pork cutlets and more types, beef cutlets for chicken fried steak, chicken Parmesan and redfish fillets. Bake, oil fry or air fry. Great unique and rich flavor. Whatever else you can imagine you can create. Tommy from Texas

You are better off to use flour, salt, and pepper because it has more flavor than this coating...it does fry crispy just no flavor..
