Fiskars Forged Pruner with Replaceable Blade

I do a lot of planting during the summer months and always like to use fiskars when it comes to gardening tools. These are perfect for trimming and pruning all of our plants. These are forged from steel which makes them really durable and come with a replaceable blade that is really convenient to. It has a easy to use lock system and is really comfortable to hold in your hand. It grips really well with the non slip grip and the orange color keeps me from losing them. The blade is super sharp and cuts easily and it is made with low friction coating on hardened steel. I will be buying more Fiskars tools for gardening. I couldn't be happier with these.

The Fiskars Forged Pruner had a nice heavy handle and secure handle lock. The cutting blades were stable and stayed sharp after several cuts on dry limbs. There is an axle nut on the back side of the pruner for disassembly.

I usually get another brand and I do have some fiskars these are fantastic in my rock garden and other trees shrubs that I prune work very well only thing I'm leary about is the locking system last pair I had not fiskars it broke so let's see how these work out

I'm a huge fan of Fiskars and have many of their products- scissors, paper cutter, even their reel lawn mower, and every single blade they make is super sharp and holds its edge. I'm thrilled to add their pruner to my collection. As expected the blade is very sharp and cuts soft and hard woods cleanly up to 1 in., however, I have small hands, so I use loppers to cut anything ¾ in. and thicker for more leverage. The handle is soft and comfortable to grip, but these are the heaviest pruners I've ever had at 13 oz., and most of the weight is in the blade area so they are top-heavy. The bright orange on parts of it help spot it in the lawn, but it's not as much as I'd like. The blade is replaceable which helps it to last a lifetime, and that's how long the warranty is too! It requires a wrench and small hex to unscrew the bolt that holds the blade hinge together. This has the easiest lock I've ever experienced on a pruner. The orange rectangle simply and smoothly slides up and down. This is clearly a quality pruner that I expect will provide precise pruning for the rest of my life.

The Fiskars Company makes high quality cutting products which I am very pleased with the performance of this Fiskars bypass steel blade pruner. I like the comfortable grip that is easy to squeeze where I can easily cut my rose bushes. This product has a full lifetime warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship which tells you this is a well made product. I enjoy pruning my roses and shaping bushes in my front yard so having these pruning shears gets the job done to help make my yard look nice.

Love these pruners...I call them loppers. They work really well, cutting through fairly thick tree limbs like butter. My UPS guy just asked me to trim some of the overgrowth along my driveway. I told him he was delivering my solution to his problem right then. They cut through the brush and small tree limbs that have overgrown all along my boondocks driveway this Spring. Would def. recommend these to anyone who needs to cut back on all the growth that's taken place this very rainy, warm Spring and Summer.

This is a heavy duty pruner. I am an advid weekend gardener. This may be the last one I buy. It has an option to replace the blade. It has a good weight to it. Heavy-duty quality. The blades are hardened steel. The non slip grip is made of thick hard plastic. Does not feel flimsy at all. I cut my sago palm leaves with ease and little effort. It also has the Fiskars full lifetime warranty. I recommend it!

Multi use pruners , they are sharp i was able to prune some of our thicker roses with no problem , they worked amazing with dried dead stems! the blade is amazing I've been using them lately and i still haven't found the need to sharpen them!!! Thats a plus. The quality is a 10 very sturdy, durable very easy to use. Also the spring action is the best, i had previous pruners where the spring gets stuck, and lock these dont do that. Love how it has a lock thats amazing our toddler cant get to them!!

I am a Spark Reviewer for Walmart and was sent a free pair of FISKARS Pruner Bypass Snips to review. I like FISKARS products and have always used their scissors because they are very well made, and I can rely on them to cut nicely. The Pruner Snips are an excellent addition to their family. The Pruners have a heavy-duty metal snipping area with a coated steel replaceable blade. This is great because I can get a spare blade to have on hand so I will always have sharp pruners for my garden. The hand grips fit comfortably in my hands as well as my husbands with one side having a no slip gripper. This lets the pruners sit in my hand and they don't slide around. The hand grip area is made of heavy-duty plastic with a metal insert to give them added strength. The blade is super sharp almost like a razor blade at the cutting points and they will cut up to a 1” thick stem or branch. I have rose bushes in my yard that always need pruning. It is normally hard to cut the branches. With these pruners I can easily cut through the tough branches cleanly so I can prune as well as cut some fresh stems of flowers to bring inside with no ragged ends. I used a soft cloth to clean the pruners after using to remove left-over debris. I also like that the pruners have a slide locking lever to keep my pruners closed when not in use. It slides up easy with my thumb to unlock and slides down easy to lock closed. I like the bright orange color on the no-slip grip, lock, and center so I can easily find them in my garden tool area. I am very happy with these pruners as they will help me keep my garden looking nice.
