Simple Vitamin B supplement for energy
It is a vitamin supplement and I take it every morning, to give me energy first thing in the morning. I only take it once a day as I take another multivitamin later in the day. The person who recommended this to me took it twice a day or 2 in the morning and he said he didn't need his coffee in the morning. I haven't tried that yet. But I do recommend it for energy.
