I have fibromyalgia and I decided to buy this to see if it would help with my back and I was so surprised it works wonders for me. I am on a support group and I will recommend this product to other people. I've had a couple people purchase since I have purchased mine very happy with the product.

Excellent Mat plus a pillow for neck relief

At first, when I lay on it, it took a minute to get used to. While laying on it, I started to feel release in muscles. It could be a little thicker cushion and longer.

Absolutely amazing took me out of fight or flight mode. Instantly started to drop water weight 2 weeks down 20lbs .

I have been using it for the past few days and it's really helping me when I do my back exercises.

The mat helps reduce chronic pain and period cramps. That said, it is hard to get full back contact with the mat. I usually lay over the pillow since the natural arch in your back won't touch the mat. A thicker or contoured mat would make it better, but all brands have the same problem.

This acupuncture device was terrible. It hurt my back and left marks on it. I do not recommend this for any reflexology, physical therapy help with inflammation or tension. It did not help. overall, I was just very dissatisfied with this purchase. I was expecting more.

Save your money. It's extremely thin and flimsy. You can see through the black mat material. It rolls to fit into a bag which seemed nice until you see it will get ripped to shreds because the material is too thin and when rolled to fit into the bag, it rubs the neighboring material and pokes holes due to the poor design. It's very small in size compared to the photos. Intended purpose wise, I enjoyed the spikes but the black material is so thin, cheap, and flimsy that it will not hold up to daily use and the pad thickness is too thin. Once you lay on it, you may as well be laying on just the plastic spikes on your bare floor. Just skip it and buy a better quality one.

What a horrible product! This is just a bunch of sharp objects on a mat! I'm very disappointed in this product! I suffer from agonizing back pain and I saw this product and thought that it might help me, and boy was I disappointed ! Walmart should be ashamed of itself

The points are very sharp and there's not much of an edge to hold onto without getting stuck by a point. It's painful. And if you have children in the household - this thing is dangerous
