I like this pylo box. It is the exact same one I use at the gym for certain exercises. I have not used it as a jumping box so I can't say how it holds up to doing that. It is well made and sturdy for what my needs are. It was a good price from Walmart online and shipping was very fast.

Absolutely love my plyo box! I used to use this exact one at one of the gyms I went to and what I love about it is the various heights all in 1 box. It fits perfectly in my little workout section of my 1-bedroom apt without looking obtrusive or out of place. I've also been able to use it for more than just box jumps so it's been giving me an opportunity to have more variety in my workouts without needing to purchase additional equipment.

My friend has it in her garage gym. We did an EMOM and I was not afraid to jump. I was not afraid that my shins would scrap or hurt my knees or fall to the other side. I jumped. With no fear. Love this so much I bought my own. In love that i can store it on the corner without this taking up space.

This box is perfect!! Really good price, durable and padded so that I don't destroy my shins! Was initially hesitant to purchase because it wasn't a wood box and I was concerned with durability, but was pleasantly surprised when I received and put it to the test. Can't go wrong with this one. My daughter loves this. She is practicing every day. After 2 weeks she improved her vertical by 3 inches.

The balancefrom is a great lower body workout equipment. I bought it because the item is made out of foam and is great because I put less pressure on my knees and legs.

Sturdy box for CrossFit workouts. Also, soft on the knees unlike the wooden boxes. Outside covering feels durable and not slippery at all. 5/5 would recommend for anyone looking for home gym equipment.

it stays flat on ground and doesn't move when you jump up. very sturdy, well worth the price.
