purchased this to do hip thrusts, for a soft background, and its the perfect accessory. just need to rest it against a wall to keep it in place. ive also used it for step ups which im always a little afraid it will topple over, so haven't attempted a jump on it. overall it serves its purpose and is versatile to help me reach the pull up bar, for arm dips, elevated push ups. its soft and has different heights

On first impression my rating is less than 5 because I received the black and white one when I ordered the one with colors. The description does say foam, but it feels like it sinks more than I expected.

It is EXACTLY what you see in the picture. Zero assembly. Sturdy enough to hold my body plus 50lbs of hand weights or kettlebells.

I was looking for a Plyo box that could hold me and dumbbells securely. I do a lot of weighted step ups. This box works.
