The thickness of this yoga mat was superb! I placed it on a bare ceramic tile floor that had no carpet. There was no slipping or sliding. Also, maintaining stability was easy and comfortable. The color was as pictured. The carry straps would handle better if they were wider because the mat is a bit bulkier due to the thickness. Regardless, the carry straps were functional and mat was secured for carry.

I really like this exercise mat. I am 6' 1" and laying flat, my heels and head are able to fit on the mat and be cushioned. The 1 inch mat is plenty thick for a hard floor. It rolls up nicely but will lay flat on the floor, like it should, when unrolled. Awesome mat - great price!

Most mats are shorter and thinner than advertised. This one is 1 inch thick and a full 72 inches long exactly as advertised. Great for a tall person like me. Even though thick, it rolls up and also out just fine. The carrying strap is perfect, too. Order came early. Love it!

I love the thickness of this product! Very good for my back and knees. I am 55 years young and I have intense workouts on my patio. It makes my workouts very enjoyable!! I am waiting for my wife's to arrive. Great product!! Thank you!!

I ordered this because it was one inch thick. I have arthritis in my hips, shoulders and hands. I used this at the gym the other day and it was awesome! No hip pain, just a bit of shoulder pain and wrist pain. Way better than the thinner mats. Highly recommend!

Using the mat beginner yoga class. Much thicker than the thin mats provided by the gym. Mat came with a mesh bag and an elastic strap. The elastic strap is easier to put on for back-and-forth to gym. Maybe the mesh bag will be useful for other items. Love the pink color. The top surface has small ridges which helps stabilize feet during poses. Would buy again, if needed. The 1/2 inch thickness is especially helpful for my joints. Overall, good product!

The thickness on this Matt is absolutely perfect. It provides the best level of comfort when I'm doing Matt Pilates, and yoga.

I was surprised at the comfort of this mat! it is truly thick..thick enough not only to exercise on but to lie on with a pillow and watch TV! Very comfortable indeed.

i actually got this for my disabled mother whom is basically bed ridden. I put it under her sheets/etc. and she doesn't feel the "whole" from always being in the same spot (hospital bed and mattress). we are very happy with the quality, thank you.

Why are you asking how do I think of this item? I never received it, cause i didin't order this one. I ordered a different one, which. I was supposed to receive it today! Now it says, I'll get it until tomorrow 5/11/26 I also got a text 2 days ago saying that my orfer was canceled. Now it says I get it tomorrow. I will contact someone that could actually help me with this issue!
