Good quality Great Price
Great set to order if your out of shape and don't have a gym membership anymore lol start off light and work your way up to the weight you feel comfortable with. Out of all the other expensive options this is definitely worth the price and great quality!

Versatile weight set for men and women
This is a nice versatile workout weight set appropriate for men or women looking to start weightlifting since the material is lightweight in plastic material. I do recommend this easy to assemble set that includes the bicep curl weights as well. Even my 12 year old started using the weights.

It's really good for a home workout or if you are trying to get a quick pump only thing is when using too much weight the caps come off a tiny bit so be careful.
