Perfect for a couple of drainage problems in my yard. Walmart pulled through when the big home improvement stores couldn't.

This worked great for the downspout on my gutters. You do need to buy an adapter to connect it to the gutter itself.

It's 3.75" ID. Had to place it on a metal pipe that's 4" OD (not it's intended use per desc) and it wouldn't fit without heating the ends (making it more malleable) w/ a heat gun. Good quality though with no holes, but nothing about this is 4" (not even OD). Idiot me threw the packaging away so I can't remember if I even got sent the correct size, but I did purchase the 4" one which is why I'm allowed to review it. Either way it did work. If you're using it for it's intended purpose w/ something that's of similar material, then it should be okay. If you're using it for anything other than that like metal, then good luck. For some reason walmart wont accept my image. Tried .jpg, .bmp, .gif, and .png to no avail. Tried multiple locations on my PC and various file names to no avail. All sizes within 180kb to 1mb (states a 5mb size limit). So that's nice. Just have to take my word for it.
