Quick Dam Expanding Flood Barrier, 6 In. X 5 Ft., 2 Per Bag

I wasn't sure these would do much. I bought them for a basement area that leaks when we have torrential downpours. They have worked like a dream. I have not removed them since I put them in. They swell went wet, dry out and swell again. Have had them in place for a while now.

Being the low house on the block, all the rain from up the hill ends up in my yard and the bad one flooded into part of my house due to the foundation not being built up as it should have been so very poor drainage and to top it off had water up to my front door as that entry is so very low, so decided to give these a try and they really work great for me. In fact, I just ordered another set (2/pkg) for the size I needed and have not had any water problem at my front entry since.

I love these! They are easy to lay out and last for years.. I bought these to replace a pair of Quick Dams that I bought years ago . They keep the water out of my old home. No black mold in my home due to water seapage. These are a must.

They keep the water from running in my garage when it rains. I absolutely love them and they last for 2 to 3 months.

Items are working for me- I have a drainage problem at the rear of my house and these absorbers have solved the problem.

There is very little instruction on how to use. They are flat and light so I am not sure they would stay in position. We haven't had the expected flood so we'll see.

I received text msg that item had arrived but the picture showed PKG left on porch of the main office where I live in a Senior community, which is against the rules. I drove to get it and it was gone. It was never delivered to my apt.
