DampRid Moisture Absorber Refill Fragrance Free 7.5lbs, 1 Count, Model FG37

I have been using this for years especially in my basement even though I have a dehumidifier running this really helps also and I don't have any lingering musty smells. Works great and I also put some in my bathrooms.

The bathroom and mudroom of our house generate lots of moisture, especially in the summer months. After years of buying a copious amount of bags of DampRid, I am 'VERY' happy to have finally found the product in a 7.5 pound plastic container . It makes me feel good too, that I can recycle the plastic container, and not clog up our land fills with non-recyclable plastic bags.

Does what is says and more. It absorbs moisture very well but I noticed something different. The moisture absorber that you can buy at the dollar store is cheaper but doesn't eliminate the mustiness as well as this DampRid does! Based on that finding I would guess that this is working better than the ones from the dollar store. This, in my opinion, is doing a better job of getting rid of the moisture and therefore the mustiness that goes along with the excess moisture. This is well worth paying for the brand name and I will continue to use this product.

This will fix any dampness problem you have. Eliminates musty odors. I gave some to my neighbors, who had never heard of it. They love it, thought they were doomed to damp and mold and continually combating the odor until they discovered this. The 7.5 refill is a great value. I pour some into used plastic containers, place them where needed, simply pour off the water when full, and it leaves the remaining crystals intact on the bottom to suck up more icky dampness.

I am never without a bottle of this. It is so convenient and works. I have been using it for years.

I keep damp rid in my closets and under my bathroom sinks to try to keep mold and moisture down. I would recommend it.

I use this a lot in my camper. i was not finding the refill bags in stores anymore.So I went online and found this larger container. very easy to use and then just put the lid back on it. i will be buying this size from now on

Buy to refill containers in the basement. Containers absorb moisture slowly. Cheaper option for basement moisture compared to a dehumidifier, which raises electricity dramatically.

Did not receive Order and Added Delivery Instructions with original Order when Placed Online and then was forced to File a Dispute with the Debit Card Bank billed, so to then receive a Refund from Walmart.. Such a back and forth with Walmart Customer Support -- Three different live Agent Calls made ... I will be not placing any of future Online Orders with Walmart again, as it developed in to a Three Month Issue and had not received the Order!
