Flex Seal Aerosol Liquid Rubber Sealant Coating, 14 oz, Brite

I used the Flex Seal product on a sky light that had been leaking. I am not an accomplished handy man, quite the contrary but the product is very easy to use and the results were Outstanding. I used the product on Saturday morning and although the directions recommend allowing 24 hours to completely dry, the rain came about 12 hours after sealing the skylight. Didn't see any leaks from the gentle shower Saturday evening. Sunday morning was a hard driving rain for several hours. NO LEAKS. I couldn't have been more pleased. The only caution I would advise is to make sure you order enough product. I wound up using 1 1/2 cans on my large skylight. Glad I ordered 2 cans.

Did a great job stopping the water coming the sill plate of my sliding glass door. I put the first coat on, waited about 12 hours to fully dry applied the second coat and have not had any water enter the house since. I think that the price was reasonable, but shipping and handing was a bit much! So if you can drive to a store that sells it that is what I suggest.

I have a second floor balcony that has been replaced twice to the tune of $5,000 each time! This film I used Flex Shot then FlexSeal when the first application! It was so easy even though my back was out and only took one half hour and we are sealed for the Pacific Northwest winter! And my pets and I will look out at the balcony and just laugh at the rain! Was it worth $80 to save another replacement? Wholeheartedly yes! It just manically fills in all the cracks! Thank you invented of Flex products!

We masked off area in our shower to use Flex Seal instead of the rubber grout in a tube and it is so much easier. No more blobs of grout to smooth out because it sprays on and seals just as advertised....great for the purpose we used it for. We are next going to try the inside and outside of our gutters. I am sure it will work perfectly.

This product seems to be what it claims. I had leaking issues on the hose that goes into the holder for the (hand held)shower head. It's not leaking anymore;it's been a couple weeks now and seems to be holding up pretty well.

My roof flashing and caulk had been taking the sun for too many years. We had a driving rain that came in from the east with such force that the old sealing just couldn't handle it. We had leaks the entire length of the house. Quotes came in from roof leak fixers anywhere from 1500 to 2500 dollars. I bought a total of 10 cans of White Flex Seal and my wife and I got on the roof and sprayed the entire length ourselves, the next rain was not as severe as the driving one, but we did not have any leaks. And this stuff sets up just as advertised.

Excellent. Do NOT buy the Clear version; get either the Bright White or Black. The clear turned out to be worthless.

Had roof leaks on my motor home. Sealed them up great. Going to buy more to have around - just in case.

I have black and white. So far only used it on my foundation, so hard to tell. I was getting a little water in basement and saw a small crack. Since spraying, haven't had any. Was it thanks to this? Can't say for sure. Haven't used otherwise yet, but seems to be okay. My only problem was, it was hard to reach where I wanted to spray, and it would have helped if it could spray sideways and/or upside down.

You MUST open windows when used indoors. It's sealing power is not as good as the commercials would have you believe.
