love these Sunflower seeds! I roast them w/ a bit of olive oil in the oven. They are perfect on Salads!

Bag was a bit smaller than expected, but sunflower seeds take up less space per pound than other nuts. Tastes good.

These sun flower seeds are not roasted, they are raw. I prefer raw sun flower seeds. They are packaged in a resealable plastic bag. They are fresh tasting and full of flavor. The packaging makes it easy to fill a portable container for snacking and packing for lunch.

I am so glad I found this! The salted ones were half the price. I put these in smoothies and recipes! You can cut salt, anyway you cannot tell! Thanks

I got the wrong seeds. I wanted to return to Walmart but I hit the wrong thing. No printer.
