Very effective and good for strength training. Pills are small enough to drink all 5 in one gulp.

Effect takes time after second bottle.
Have to take continously for quite some time before noticing improvements. Muscles seem to tone up a bit, feel less sluggish in the morning after waking up.

Love it
Noticeable increase in my muscles mass. I had muscle atrophy following surgical brain injury. I am unable to do a lot to build muscle but this is making a big difference.

Impossible to say if it makes any difference. You'd probably need a professional to tell you if you have muscle growth. I won't continue due to cost
