I've been using the Berberine 500mg Supplement by Force Factor for only a few days. I've noticed it is easy to swallow and doesn't cause stomach upset. Each capsule is 500 mg, with recommendation dosage being 2 capsules a day after meals. For the price and Non-GMO, I am expecting favorable results.
I could not take this in the mornings. It dropped my blood sugar too much. If i took it at dinner time, it didn't bother me as much.
