My naturpathic doc ran a test on my body and it came back saying that I needed this. The machine ran many tests. It is also called "adaptogen" but is most commonly found as ashwaghanda. I am in my mid 70's and I have lots of energy, feel good, am not stressed (usually) and feel good overall. I have found Force Factor recently on iherb and they have a good selection of stuff and most with veggie capsules. Not too big so easy to swallow. Slips down easily. Just the right size, take one a day. Made in the USA. iherb would not sell it if it was not top quality of the best ingredients. I am pleased and intend to reorder these.

I'm using this to control blood sugar, but i don't have a continuous glucose monitor so i can't tell much whether it's working. But at least i don't feel super tired. I'm also trying to cut out a lot of carbs from my diet and trying to eat according to the plate diagram whether it has 50% veggies and 25% protein and 25% carbs. i normally do feel pretty tired when i eat. so for what it's worth, it might work.
