This item worked for my knee that was so sore I could hardly walk on it and got very little sleep with it. This product helped to take that pain away. Im so glad its gone. I have to put into coffee with milk to kill off the smell and the taste. I tried it with grape juice and couldnt get past smell very good, so am continuing to use it with coffee and milk. After using for 2 1/2 weeks Ive went without it for about two more weeks and pain has just started to feel a barely noticeable tinge coming back so Im going to have some tomorrow. Im so happy I tried this and would definitely buy this exact product again.

This brand is great. I've used Zhzou in the past but they were out of stock so I purchased this. Love that it has type 1,2 and 3 hydroligized collagen. The other brand has only 1 and 3. It's flavorless, which I like. I don't like added sugar or artificial flavors! None here! Less sodium than other brands. Great value. I mix it with whey powder in my iced coffee every morning. (If you let it sit for a few minutes it will dissolve easily with a few stirs) I've been using it for over a month now, mainly to support my joints, cartilage and bones. But my skin is really looking great, and my nails wow. I know with time results will be even better.

I've been taking collagen for a few months now. This is the first brand that I can actually see a difference in my nails, hair, and skin. I will continue to purchase this particular brand. It's a big container, but the scooper is also big. At 2 scoops per day, it doesn't last all that long. A lower price would make it more feasible for consumers to reap the benefits.

This is great collagen powder for joint health however, it's incredibly dusty with minimal movement of the container. Let it settle before opening it.

I could not figure out a way to mask the flavor. The closest I got to palletable was mixing it with with juice or water %26 taking it like a shot before chasing it with something else. I felt like it didn't pair well with smoothies or any drinks and made me not want to finish them.

This product doesn't have a taste, that's a good thing, but it is too powdery. It flies everywhere when you scoop it. Surprisingly even though so powdery, it doesn't dissolve well in hot coffee. So it probably wouldn't dissolve at all in cold liquid. Not happy at all. The price was the only good thing about it.

The price is good. I believe it works, but the powder does not dissolve Well. There is always a Gluey, blob, in the bottom of the cup. I have tried it in milk, ice cream, water juice. The blob, sticks to The fork or spoon or the bottom of the cup. If left in the sink drain when I pour it out. It is gummy and hardens there. I've tried juice, water, milk. I'll try hot milk and let you know. I'll find a new source of collagen and peptides.
