Great topper for breakfast potatoes and so much more. Has a nice bite, but not too hot! This is not all about heat but a bite with a delicious perfect acidity flavor! I am sensitive to chemicals, dyes, and most food and this I can eat with no reaction! Definately a staple in our home.

I used to hate everythibt buffalo. I found it too bitter. This sauce is the exception. It gives you flavor you expect buffalo sauce is supposed to taste like. No cheap artifical taste, no weird thin gunk, this is actually peak. Its thick, but not pasty, it has a heat withoit being inedibly hot, yeah this one made me change my mind aboit buffalo sauce But i guarantee you i probably wouldnt be able to eat any othet kond of buffalo sauce Try this on chicken. Tried it on chicken kabobs and on pizza and the flavor is smooth in buffalo. it's not like other sauces where the heat overides the flavor. We already used a whole bottle and purchased a backup at the store. Sometimes name brand is worth it in quality.
