Less sugar and more taste!

Sandi January 20, 2026

If you want keto friendly jam just use this pectin! Or you can just have lower sugar jams and jellies that taste fresh and fruity. You can add artificial sweetener if you want but I never use them. Commercial jams and jellies are too sweet for me! This product allows me to use less sugar and make all my jams and jellies deliciously fruity without the calorie overload!

A great deal!

Jen August 1, 2025

Pleasantly surprised! Made delicious raspberry jam using this fruit pectin. Was one of the less expensive options so I thought maybe it wouldn't be as effective, but the jam came out thick and perfect! Will definitely buy again.

Worked great!

WhatEver July 20, 2024

I have used many different types of pectin (the big name brands that I'm sure you whom Im referring too) and this works just as well but doesn't break my wallet! My blueberry jam came out perfect. I did elimate the plastic bag and pour out all the powder into a glass mason jar to store in my cabinet.

Good stuff!

kathy June 29, 2024

I have used almost the entire bag. I make a lot of jams and jellies for farmers market and family. Not one batch failed. Much more economical than the small boxes of pectin.

500-700 jars of perfect jelly per year don't lie.

Lori November 20, 2024

As a jelly maker I love the savings and reliability of this product! I make 500-700 jars of jelly per year and I have never had a bad batch of jelly using this product. What a cost savings compared to buying the box of Sure-Jel.

Pectin to Thicken Fruit Purée

Ronald August 22, 2025

From a wholly wholistic perspective, I certainly do enjoy finally finding goodly size packaging of pectin. O, look at that, Hubert. It must be good, because it is in a resealable bag. Uh-huh. The tiny single-use packs prolifically populating grocer shelves are OK for the microwave mentality that is far too prevalent in this self-centered society of incompetent dolts. The bag is distinctly missing instructions by which to calculate use, though I strongly suspect management at the production facility is robustly overly confident that the flamboyant labeling will satisfactorily distract users as they pause to gaze at the attractive bag. I use it to thicken the fruit purrée initially processed to flavor freshly made yogurt without thinning the yogurt to the point of no longer being yogurt. If pourable, the fermentation did not complete. Yoplait is not yogurt. It's nothing more than runny cow snot. Listen what I say. Imma tell you what now. Right now. Got me a big bag now. Yessir. That's all there is to it.

So far, I'm not impressed

Melanie March 7, 2026

Currently can not recommend. I purchased this product based on reviews and because I make jellies and jams on a larger scale in my home and buying in bulk made sense. My first use was a doubled recipe and it never set up. I had to redo the 17.5 jars the following day after purchasing more lids. Wasted time and labor. Jelly was saved by added a third serving of a tried and true brand of pectin. Between the additional cost of the lids, the extra pack of pectin and labor of redoing the entire batch, the cost savings of purchasing this brand is now moot and I ended up with only 15 jars of jelly which is another financial loss when I resell my products. If I have the same issue the next time I attempt to use it, this bag is hitting the trash can.
