FURminator Large Dog Undercoat deShedding Tool for Long Hair, Reduces Loose Hair from Shedding

I have a yellow lab that has three coats and constantly sheds all year round. Ive tried different many different brushes, but this one actually works on her to get all of her undercoat off. It's easy to use too. I was reluctant to buy it because of the price but it is worth it because it works so well.

This is my second Furminator. I misplaced the one, which was several years old, so I had to replace it. We have a long haired GAD that blows coat a couple times a year. This keeps 95% of her fur out of the house. It always looks like a created a second dog when I'm done. Great product!

The best Dog Shedder Brush on the market. My dog has 3 coats and this FURmintator has been a game changer in getting rid of all the excess furr. We even use it on our cats cause they get bad hairballs and my love being brushed with it and its helped limit the hairballs.

seems to gently remove fine hair under coat of our recent rescue dog. the more you comb the more it removes. if your dog has as much under coat fur as ours you need to use a lot. use in combination with bathing to help keep hair minimized.

it doesn't really good job you have to keep bumping it obviously, I have a golden and they have two layers of fur but you do not want to overcome your animal for those who are OCD. that means once or twice a week when they are shedding.

I wish I had found this product 20 years ago! I have a big dog that sheds, a long haired tomcat (that is enormous) and 2 average size cats. All of course shed a lot. I no longer vacuum 4 times a week, just 2 one time is with my cordless Shark.

Our Aussie mix dog loves to be brushed with this. It's the first time that I've found anything our dogs don't fight. Works very well taking old hair out of her coat, and it is taking bunches of hair out. Makes grooming her so much easier!

Best dog brush I've ever used! Using it on Australian cattle dog fur as well as a terrier type fur. I've been brushing them every day because it's so fun to use.

Has a comfortable handle, a protective guard on the sharp teeth of the comb, seems to collect and remove a decent amount of hair. Or you could save money and buy an old school rake for about 5 bucks and it does as good, if not better, than this product. I'll probably return it. I bout the rake from Walmart, btw.

I had heard rave reviews about this from a dog person friend for years. Since I have an Ausssie who sheds a lot, I decided to finally part with too much money and buy one. It didn't do a thing. I mean it! I have had a rake type comb for years which works wonders. And is great at getting the undercoat off. But the furminator has such short, close tines it just doesn't get any hair off. I would have just thrown it in the trash, but I made the trip to Walmart and got my money back.
