Fusion Select Chinkiang Black Vinegar, 500ml

Traditionally used as a dipping sauce with dumplings it's also really good mixed with soy sauce as a teriyaki sauce. Aged 3 years gives it a smoother taste, great flavor. Also bottled in glass not plastic- a plus for me.

At first I did not like the taste at all but as I mixed it in the soup the strong taste vanished and it blended well. It is a good dipping sauce and not too acidic like regular vinegar. Goes well in your marinade for meats especially the ones you grill.
