Fusion Select Authentic Chinese Cooking Wine - Traditional Shaoxing Rice Wine, 750 mL

I love sake but this is far from that. I tasted a sip before cooking and it was terrible. However I had attempted some fried rice that didn't turn out well so I cooked it again with a splash of this and soy. It turned out great. So, I guess that means it is good. But, don't drink it because that is horrible.

I am happy to find this at Walmart to use in cooking. I create lower calorie asian dishes and this works perfectly.

Excellent cooking wine, especially for Asian dishes. I use this when making stir-fries and many other dishes. A pantry stable!

This is exactly what was called for in my recipe and worked very well. It has a great taste and did not overpower what I was cooking.

As the name suggests, this wine is excellent for making Chinese cuisine. I just used it to make some tiger skin eggs, and they turned out great! I can't wait to use this wine in other recipes.

The only frustration I have is the liquid was leaking through the packaging. They tried really hard to wrap the container tightly with packaging but the liquid was seeping out of the item. I try not to make too big of a fuss about it online but it does need to be acknowledged. I made steam dumplings for the first time. They were delicious and I was really glad to have all of the authentic ingredients to try to do them. I didn't want Americanized version of the food ingredients so I really felt this was an authentic item.

This product camed sealed but leaked all in bubble wrapped . so the cap is poorly made i have not even broken the seal of cap. The company needs to address this issue because it scares us from using it and having us return it. I havnt use it because this problem will be returnjng it

I was offered $5 for this review. I can't review the product, only the experience. I ordered this with my weekly groceries and didn't realize it was being shipped. It arrived 3 days later. Very well packaged, however, there was leakage in the bubble wrap. Upon further inspection, it appears that the bottle wasn't properly sealed, the aluminum screw top was intact but had several dents in the soft aluminum cap. One of those dents was enough for product to leak out. Was it safe to use? I wasn't taking a chance. I started a return immediately. Not sure if I'll reorder or wait until I can purchase in person.

never received the item... per Walmart out for delivery on etc etc.. the order cancelled by Walmart.. how can an order be out for delivery then get cancelled

The bottle had leaked out in the packaging and when I reported it, I was told I had to return the empty bottle. If I could get to the store, I wouldn't n eed delivery. It wasn't the product's fault...it was the shipping. Smelled good.....
