Nice rice vinegar.
This is a nice, tangy rice vinegar. I use it in salad dressings and Asian recipes. It is low carb, where the seasoned kind isn't. It is much less expensive than the other brands and in my opinion, tastes just as good.

It's a very good!
I mix the vinegar with a half teaspoon of sugar, dissolve thoroughly, and add fresh sliced ginger root. Voila! Just like Yoshinoya ginger packets without all the dyes. I tried it with other vinegar types but they were too sticky or the flavor wasn't right. Try it!

very smooth tasting
lighter than other rice wines and definitely better than cooking wines. If you can't drink it, don't cook with it.

Great rice vinegar
Great value for the best rice vinegar. Mild flavor. Great for pickling cherry peppers for making shooters.

Slightly less acidic than other vinegars.
Enough acid but lower than regular white or wine vinegars. Neutral flavor.

KIKKOMAN, not kokoman, but really they need to seal all their bottles, like the rice vinegar i just recvd. The UMAMI JOY , both bottles have leaked all over the shipping boxes with another shipper.
