After a friend recommended Olive Leaf extract to reduce sugar cravings, I read up on it and decided to give it a try. I found that Gaia Herbs brand was the best choice for me in capsule form. I am now recommending it to my friends, especially during the holidays.
I heard about how good olive leaf extract was for you and wanted a product that wasthe liquid extract with good absorption. I thought that this product fit my requirements.I didn't want a liquid as I might not like the taste and I didn't want a big horse pilleither. I like the phyto-capsules. I will definitely buy this product again.
Not a review, but a question. Label says to take between meals twice a day. I can't remember to do that, so I take with meals along with my other supplements. So, am I perhaps not getting the full benefit of this by doing so? Wondering why it says between meals. I like that this is a vegan product.
My daughter read about the benefits of Olive Leaf in a health magazine. After some research she ordered Gaia Herbs Olive Leaf because it was the best brand for olive leaf oil, quite unrefined and pure.
Giving this a try. . . have not yet used long enough to gauge impact. Delivery was quick.
I'm kind of bummed because I thought this was the best out there on the market. But after some research I find out it only has a low concentration of the ingredient in olive leaf. Oleuropeina. I bought another brand called toniic for 1/3 the cost 40% Oleuropeina. AND they even sent me a free bottle for my review which was nice it was honest I really did like the olive leaf from that brand
