Gaiam No-Slip Yoga/Pilates Mat Towel, Teal and Grey

Super grip, can be used by itself no yoga mat needed, but it's very thin so if you need extra padding, bring your mat, I washed this and even on high spin, it was still full of water, and I did have to hang it on my shower door to dry- should be dry by morning it says quick dry! Other than that, I look forward to trying it out, definitely super absorbent!

I'm not typically a fan of Gaiam gear (I'm more of a Manduka person), but this hot yoga mat towel is really awesome. It feels good under foot (unlike a lot of the cheap micro-fiber towels), it absorbs all the sweat I throw at it, it does not smell like rubber (unless you stick your face right into the rubber side), it keeps my mat clean and dry, it cleans super easy, it hangs dry in no time at all, and -- best of all -- IT DOES NOT SLIP no matter what mat I use. FAR better than the much more expensive, micro-fiber, silicone dotted mat towel I bought later. This has become my every class go-to. In short: HIGHLY recommended.

I had been looking for a travel yoga mat for a while, but didn't really find anything I liked. When I saw this yoga towel, I thought it would be worth a try. This will definitely work for my needs (plan to use on carpet), and will also be a great addition to my regular yoga mat for summer practice. Great color and easy to wash. Love how little space it takes up when folded.

I used this towel at hot yoga last night with the matching yoga mat. It was so comfortable and didn't slip or move at all. Others in the class had different towels, and they were having struggles keeping their towel from moving around. This one didn't move and inch and gave me more security to do the poses. It's also soft enough that when you're doing floor poses, it's still very comfortable.

Gaiam is my go-to brand for all things yoga. I recently took up hot yoga and I thought I would hate it, but ended up needing accessories like nonslip items and towels. I love it! The towel was delivered quickly and sops up the sweat in no time. Feels soft and still nonslip. Washes well. I don't machine dry it, but air dries fast!

This towel works great with any yoga mat. I purchased for my hot Pilates class and it has been very helpful. I love that it is nonslip. Make sure you follow the washing instructions on the tag.

The grip works nicely for hot yoga as well as for my hands for pushups to prevent them from slipping/sliding due to sweat.

It's nice and took all the hot yoga sweat which is wonderful but it's really rough on the side my palm was super red and hubbys knees were super red after class. I'll keep it but I'll order something softer as well

It's a good towel like material on one side and the other is a rubber material. It gets the job done but it has a chemical smell that I can't seem to get rid of
