Gaiam Reversible Yoga Mat, Berry Red, 5mm, 1 mat

This mat is a really good quality and the price is a lot cheaper then some. Is is not thin and is long enough. I absolutely love. I do yoga at least 3 days a week. i am super happy with this mat. Would highly recommend

These are pretty cool mats. I thought they would be just loaners but they are fluffy and sticky. The are great for stability poses too. No so thick that you fall over.

I've used this mat for a couple of weeks for yoga and other exercise, and it's definitely a good purchase. It's comfortable enough for use on wooden floors and it's got good grip so I don't slip.

Thick enough to protect laminate floors and good grip, large size allows versatility in workout, and love that it comes with a rope to wrap it up and carry.

I recently joined a yoga class. While I have only been to one class so far, my new mat worked just as expected. I did notice that one of the other people in the class had the same mat that was a bit older and was happy to see that hers had held up to regular use. This mat is a rich purple on one side with pink on the other side and has a rope used to carry when rolled up. The texture is good for limiting slipping when trying to hold poses and the cushion is just right to be comfortable yet firm.

The mat is the perfect size for outdoor %26 indoor use. The cushion is great yet small in thickness which allows for compact travel and storage. I do love the adjustable band instead of the elastic harness that stretches over time. Great purchase and price

I recently started adding HIIT workouts to my routine, and our hardwood floors were KILLING me when I had to plank. My husband was super sweet and bought this for me as a random gift. I’m quite impressed! It’s fairly thick and well-cushioned, so I can’t even feel the hard floor when I’m jumping, planking, etc. on this. It also does not slip at ALL, which I was not expecting to be the case. Overall, I’m very happy with this mat and would highly recommend!

This yoga mat was purchased after my son decided to purchase a yoga mat for us to work out on. We have hardwood floors. We purchased another one that is only 3mm thick. This one is only 2mm more than the first one but is much softer and easier to lay on. When you lay on this one you at least feel as though you are laying on a mat.

I've only been using this mat for some beginner Pilates at home and it's shaving/peeling on the side that I use facing up. I'm 5'6 and notice this mat is just not lengthy enough when sliding up or down a little during movements. My feet or head always ended up off the mat at one point or another during my Pilates w/o. Definitely would not recommend and certainly would not pay $20 for another one of these.

Very thin, cheaply made yoga mat. It's probably okay for meditation but if you do yoga, standard poses like forearm plank or dolphin are painful on the elbows, the skin rubs against the mat and it hurts. Same with the knees. Never had this problem with any other yoga mat. I guess you get what you pay for. Do NOT recommend.
