Gaiam Reversible Yoga Mat, Granite, 5mm

I love the color and it is a super yoga mat which you can use on any surface as it has non slip capabilities. Very soft to the touch and if you exercise in shorts not a problem. It is reversible and so you can use both sides equally as well. Light weight and easy to roll up and has adjustable handles so you do not need a yoga case. Easy to take with you wherever you go and also easy to leave in vehicle if you do not exercise at home.

The mat is very nice. As a test, I used it on my concrete garage floor. My knees were well protected from the concrete. I tried to tear at the edge of the mat, but it resisted my attempts nicely and returned to a normal edge almost immediately. I also like the tie up wrap restraint that comes with it, easy to use and kept the mat Rollie's up tightly.

Love this mat! It feels great working out on it. I have no pain in my feet or knees while on it. It's very cushioned and soft. It's non slip on both sides so it doesn't move from under you. It's easy to wipe down clean. My teenage daughter uses hers as a floor mat next to her bed and for exercising on. It's very light and easy to carry around. The size of it is great!

After waiting a couple months for this product to arrive, it was worth the wait. I LOVE this mat. It is very well made and the color I ordered is a peacock blue. What I love about this product is that it comes with a string loop that holds the mat together while you are not using it. You just roll up the mat, put the loops around the ends and you can carry it over your shoulder. This is extremely handy if you go to the gym or take a class and have other things to carry in and out with you. Even though the mat is only about a 1/4 inch thick, it gives you enough comfort from a hard surface. The length is long enough so you don't run out of mat while exercising. I also love the fact that it does not slip on any kind of floor so you don't have to be afraid of the mat slipping out from underneath you as you exercise. if you are not a yoga fan, this mat will work for any exercises and will give you good support. Some mats have an odor to them when you first open them. This one does not. It is super light in weight but still gives you quality comfort when exercising. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a great mat to do your exercises on.

Great mat. Very good value for cost. The thickness and size is perfect for my needs. I like the two tone color of the mat also. There is a little flaking on the black side of the mat where I put the most pressure, it's very little and not noticeable unless you're close up. Overall would recommend!

This is a very nice yoga mat. It is reversible for teal color on one side and grey cir on the other. So it will fit in with your fitness room decor nicely. Itbis super durable. Light weight and comes with its own carrying cord. I did not notice any foul odor from the mat. I did unroll them and let them air out just in case there was a smell. They are perfect size for all yoga poses. I think this mat will hold up for a while with regular use.

At first I thought this mat was too long but it's perfect for my 5'5" size when I'm laying down on it. The thickness is very comfortable for all yoga positions. The string tie is easy to use and makes it convenient to carry.

This is a great size mat and love too that it is reversible and the two colors are pleasing to the eye. It also offers great support during your workouts and I've not noticed it slipping during workouts. It comes with a string sling for rolling up and easy carry. It is also important to me that it is eco friendly and recyclable.

I ordered these yoga mats to place under rugs. My rugs do not slip now and it is nice to walk a the soft rugs and to stand on at kitchen sink. I ordered 15 yoga mats and taped together, as needed. It was expensive but no more rugs sliding all over floor. I will be ordering more.

Happy with the mat itself, but maybe because I got it on clearance it came without the carrying strap. You can see the subtle indentation where it used to be. But the mat looks to be good quality, will try to update after I've used it for a while.
