Great foam roller, super firm, the nodules do great at digging into your muscles. I was particularly sore from going a little harder than I usually do in a basketball game and I was SO SORE, I had to buy a foam roller, and this was a great solution. It has a solid inner core that is plastic, so it helps keep its shape. The textured outside works great on sore muscles. Would 100% recommend this.

I was looking for something which is economical and will do the stuff so the thing I got from Walmart was pretty competitive price and pretty much fastly available for a pick up rather than I have to wait for a few days for shipping shipment

Got the roller as gift for the runners so they can massage their "screaming" muscles after the runs :). They like the ridges as it feels to them the roller does a great job getting in the sore spots.

the big cylinder is manageable to roll it up and down whole front leg while seated... the little spiked roller feels ouchy good.. i put it on the floor and rolled it back %26 forth on my feet soles
