This specific controller was ok, but my review is mainly for the Gamesir company itself. They are amazing. The controllers are of great quality...Much better than others, even Xbox themselves. The only drawback is that they're wired, which isnt a bad thing since the cord is fairly long. I didnt care for this one much, as I had gotten accustomed to the T7's size and feel in my hands...The size varies among different models. But it was still am awesome controller. the selling point is their warranty...They actually honor it! No hassle...Just send evidence of whats wrong and they roll out a new one for free. Customer service is A1.

I had high expectations and this controller is absolutely amazing! I tested stick drift on the software and the error rate was 0.4%! Buttons work great no problems shipped and was here early!

Controller looks great! The only issue we had was the game pass that came with it. It said it had already been redeemed. I have contacted seller to see if the will send another. Will update if possible.

The colors on the controller are nice, I also like the build quality for the price I paid, aswell as the hall effect sticks. However, this controller isn't so good for fighting games, the D-Pad is prone to also taking other inputs from other direction buttons, and the joystick is a little bit delayed. The layout is a little wacky too, taking away from the traditional utility buttons in the center we're all used to, and instead putting them at the top of the controller with a smaller than normal Home Button. Overall, the controller is excellent for the price you pay, with just a little bit of drawbacks.

controller works great. but the ultimate game pass is for new users only. thats the only reason im giving 3 stars because i brought it was for the game pass and the buttons one bottom.

never worked was the worst birthday present ever thank god for walmarts A customer service spetimg the refund out for me. The comtroller was cheap in the d-pad areathe colors were so awesone before it stopped wprking sfter each second i fired it up via xbox app lol never stayed on even while gaming.

reson i give 1 star i haven't gotten it. Itwas shipped out by FedEx delivery and they lost the package. Other than this i have one of the other controllers from this company and I have enjoyed using it. I have already had this refunded and have bought it again as a backup controller to have if I have guest over to jump in a game.

Ordered and never received it, received message stating it was lost during shipping, i was given a refund

Idk if it's the wire or what but after a month and a half it started disconnecting everytime I move it around

I have this at least for a month and now every time I even put down the controller it turns off if I move a little too much it turns off which is very annoying for fast-paced FPS shooters
