Ordered this for my caregiver who is 90 years old. She definitely swears by it. She used to be a ballet dancer and still does ballet training once a week. She says move it don't lose it.

I am giving this a try. I am unable to use cholesterol lower drugs. I am taking just half of this because I have trouble swallowing a whole one. Blood is coming up in August will see if it does any good.
