i just purchased this AIO for my mother, she likes a lot, so far it's fast, set up was easy, i really like windows 11, user friendly, i dont have any problem with it. i didn't purchase it for gaming, just online surfing, youtube, Google, checking email. i read in some reviews that screws were missing, well, not in mine, i had all of them. i hooked it up to my wireless printer and was also able to print well. The keyboard and the mouse are wireless, and the connector for the receiver is inside the mouse. Overall nice PC, sleek, quiet.

This is a very nice computer! I love how easy it is to use and the monitor is borderless on 3 sides so it looks great! The pop up camera is a bonus, as well. I am very pleased with its performance!

I get everything that done. I can talk toy family and friends while browsing, or typing. I print, copy, and scan. Playing games are fun as well. This is way better than having a laptop. My kids use it as well for their school work and playing roblox also talking with their friends as well.

Great 🖥️ the mounting screws where enclosed but used some television mounting screws worked perfect.

Haven't actually used it yet only set it up. Appearance is great gives Mac Apple vibes, comes with a regular size keyboard which is awesome. Easy to set up. I would definitely recommend thus far.

Absolutely love this desktop! Very easy to use. Not being a savy computer user it only took me 10 minutes to get it up and running. The set up was stress free. I like the larger moniter screen so I do not have to wear my glasses while using it. I would hughly recommend it!

This was a mess from the beginning. i ordered it for a 1/24 bday present original due date posted 1/21. Once i ordered, receipt said delivery is 1/19. Which was ok. It came on 1/14! so i had to hide it for 10 days. i ordered the servivce set up as well as a warranty. On the 24th i pulled it out %26 looked at my email the next day. there is no one that knows how to get a service tech to come %26 set this up for me! $642 later!! I am a disabled veteran %26 used half my check to get this! I am still trying to fund help today 2/10. It cost $69 for a service tech.

No idea why there are so many positive reviews. They must all work for Gateway. Trust me when I tell you STAY AWAY from Gateway products! I just bought this horrible computer and right off the bat it won't download anything! The sound is very low, even in the highest position and it sounds "tinny". The graphics in video mode are bad. I never thought I would run across a worse brand than Hewlett Packard but this makes HP look top rate. I will be boxing this nightmare up and returning it to Walmart. Please don't make the same mistake i did.

I would not recommend buying this computer, I purchased it on September the 30th of 2022, I had not had the computer 3 months and it’s not working, I had been trying to contact gateway support for 2 to 3 months when someone finally answered I submitted everything they asked me for, I waited a week later now no one is answering or responding to my email. I’m stuck with a $400 and something computer that I can’t use, very frustrated and disappointed. Also the computer does not give me an option to even factory reset anymore.

When I went to set up my computer I discovered that the screws to attach the monitor to the base were missing. After several calls and chats with customer service I still don’t have the screws to attach the monitor to the base which is rendering my computer useless. A lot of money spent to not be able to use it. Gateway customer service is the absolute worst. Several years ago they were known for their outstanding customer service, unfortunately that is no longer the case.
