Very accommodating. Unfortunately my girl passed away just as the order was left at my home. I scheduled a return. And when they reached out to me, I had told them what happened.. they graciously gave me a refund. I'm sure the house for the litter box would have been beautiful.

This liter box is so cute and goes great in my living room. It was fairly easy to put together. the only bad thing I have to say is it might not keep in the smell as well as other litter boxes but just put an air freshener near by and it fixes that problem. My cat loves it and I dont have to worry about her kicking litter everywhere.

This a great litter box and the price is good. It is very sturdy, looks nice and no more litter all over the floor.

Looks nice, the material matches a lot of my furniture already so it worked out perfect. Cleaning has been so easy with the cabinet doors, much preferred over fighting a plastic litter box lid.

One of the best purchases I've made at Walmart. It looks like a cabinet, keeps the cats from tracking litter, and keeps the smell from being overwhelming. I absolutely adore this product.

I was concerned initially, but once it was delivered, and assembled I was happily surprised! It's quite heavy, and can be used to double as a TV stand or reading nook! Assembly wasn't confusing and serves its purpose - hiding the litter box. I have it in my office and am pleased with the purchase, especially considering the price point.

She loves this!!! And so do I. It keeps the litter from getting everywhere because of the design. To get out, she has to make a right turn inside which ensures that the litter stays inside. Other designs let them jump straight out, and they track the littler out with them. Not this one. Always get one with a turn inside! The reason I held back one star is ventilation. I used a hole saw to cut out about ten 1" holes in the back for air flow and light.
