love the ease of tapping the top for backlight. I have double checked accuracy with a different thermometer, and its always within 1 or 2 degrees difference. I made myself a cheat tab, taped to the edge to easily remember which monitor is where. I would definately buy this again!
The Geevon Indoor Outdoor Thermometer with 3 remote sensors has exceeded expectations. Setup was straightforward, and the display is clear with a convenient backlight for low-light viewing. The sensors connect seamlessly and provide accurate readings from multiple locations, which is extremely useful for monitoring different areas of the home and outdoors. The 200ft transmission range works exactly as described, and the overall build quality feels solid and dependable. This unit delivers excellent value for the price—precise, reliable, and professional-grade performance.
This thermometer unit is fandadgumtastic, I have one main base unit which measures temperature and percentage of dryness in the air, then with it came three individual smaller temperature units tied with the base unit. They report to the base, I've got two inside the house and one other outside on the back porch in a cat community house. All units have different readings. I love this unit. If you want to know the differences in the temperatures in your spaces, you need this wonderful thermometer unit.
i have greenhouses and during the winter you have to monitor the temperature. im getting older and its getting harder to go out in to the cold. These are perfect cause i can see what my tempatures are in each greenhouse without leaving my house. i just love these. Time saver very much.
Excellent for keeping track of temperatures in remote areas of your home, especially in colder climates, when your not around a lot but gives you the info you need to make necessary adjustments to your heating system thermostat or insulating cold prone spots in your home or camp, RV, or shed. It can also be set to sound an alarm on a pre set temperature, hot or cold ….this is a simple system that works .
I have only had this for about a week or so but so far it is working great! I really like it. The display is crystal clear and the remote units seem to work well. I have one outdoors, one in my attic and one in my basement. The one in the attic is about 75 feet away from the main unit, which is 3 floors below.
improved model from the first one I bought, also this brand, several years ago. So far it is easy to see the numbers in a bright room and seems to be fairly accurate altho it never matches the temp read out on my phone by several numbers. Not sure which is the more accurate reading. Have one sensor upstairs, one downstairs and one outside.
Very easy to setup... literally unpack and put the batteries in the house unit first and then add batteries into the outside sending units. I have one in a greenhouse that is about 75 feet from the house unit and it works perfectly. The other 2 unites are about 30 and 40 feet away and also work perfectly. Seems accurate when compared to my indoor thermostat reading and I had an old humidity display and that seemed to match. Each unit was within 1 degree and 1% humidity of each other when in the same location. Definitely recommend this package.
All transmitters won't display on base unit
First of all the control panel is very confusing. Never figured it out. Second is that I am picking up my neighbors wireless thermometers. When I take the batteries out of the sensors I am still picking up data from other peoples sensors. There is no possible way I can do anything about that. Good luck trying to understand the control panel.
