Excellent Skin and Joints Supplement
I am 44 yrs old and had serious joint pain. My Doctor recommended I use this supplement. I've been taking this for a couple of weeks now and I can feel a difference in my joints I am not as sore after my workout which includes jumping rope and some cardio. Plus also the collagen keeps my skin hydrated and smoother.
