I am a type 2 diabetic. I regularly eat a couple of squares a day without raising by BG more than 5 points. It is high in cocoa and low in carbohydrates. It has a very nice taste as opposed to its competitor. My wife cooks whole bars of this product in a saucepan and mixes it with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup. The result when it cools is fudge. The syrup has zero calories and 0 carbohydrates. Enjoy !

Unfortunately, I have been orderibg 2 to 3 bags a week and eating them. These have the taste of a dark chocolate, a little bittersweet flavor while still maintaining a rich semi-sweet taste. These are very good

My favorite chocolate
My doctor highly recommended going from milk chocolate to using dark chocolate at 85% cacao or higher. I tried various makers, and this tastes good. I recommend it. I also get this in the bag that has individually wrapped pieces and put those pieces in my pocket or my handbag when going out.

Even if your prices are lower then most YOU are still robing the public all Grocery stores are and supplier's.... all cooperate size business also, Supply and Demand is Abused and a Boston Tea Party will happen again but not for tea, the people are sick of this,, we will all be Judged by God
