Best instructions I have ever seen - I'm 76. Every part was labeled and packaged in 6 sets that made assembly easy. Only took 1/2 hour. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the steel and the padding. I have a Total Gym that I paid $700 for and this bench is just as good. I used it right away and really like it. I highly recommend it for any home gym.
Really good for the price. There are a lot of workouts that you can do with it. I am 5'11” and I have know problems using it. I would definitely recommend this. It doesn't take up too much space even though it doesn't fold up. It only took between 10-15 mins to put together. Something that doesn't bother me but could bother other people is the hardness of the bench cushion. Over all I am very happy with bench.
I'm pretty happy with this bench. It feels very solid. I'm 6' 170 and it's a decent size bench. Instructions were great. took about 30 minutes to set up. I'd buy it again.

im 62yrs old. with a bad back. verious positions . helps me exercise comfortably and gives me hope and confidence. More in everything I can possibly do.
Easy assembly, solid parts, works great!!! Can't get any better honestly!!!
I've done 3 workouts on it so far and really like it. The bench/chair is sturdy and does not shake, rattle or sway. The padding is quite soft but firm. It is comfortable. I do wish the preacher curl part had longer pads to fully support down past my elbows and would raise up higher but since you can just raise the seat and stand behind it that fixes the issue. Definitely would not try dips on it. Gave it 4 stars just for the preacher curl pad shortness but the bench is a great deal for the price.
Strong enough to hold weight and support training. However I would have liked the bench to have same width throughout its length.
power rack was missing dip bars and no recourse except to take it to a store except its too big for my car, weighs 150lbs and packaging fell apart
