Before starting glucosamine supplements, I mentioned it to my PCP but of course he objected to my using it for osteoarthritis on my knees, mainly on the left knee. Mainly because medical organizations do not favor it based on an absence of evidence. Anyway I said I just wanted to let him know that I'd be starting taking them. I decided on this brand based on comparisons and recommendations with the right mix of key ingredients. Now I've been taking these tabs for almost 2 months and I can perceive an improvement, not a placebo, but real relief and without any side effects (I don't take blood thinners) so I plan to continue these supplements brand because it has the right combo of glucosamine and chondroitin paired with MSM plus collagen.
I don't know if it is working, but it seems to help. I'm almost done with the bottle, and will order more to continue the trial for 3 months

This is a great high dose supplement. This is a higher dosage than I usually take but it seems to be working wonderfully so I'm going to stick with it. The dosage is 4 capsules so I usually take 2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime. Less pain is always nice.
It seems to be helping with my hip pain, but I've not been taking it very long.
I've been using Glucosamine, MSM, collagen, and chondroitin for years now with great result. This has it all here in one once, nifty, convenient package. I know 4 capsules are a bit much, but usually, I have to take twice that to get roughly the same servings or all of these supplements together.There was no odd smell from the packaging, aftertaste, stomach discomfort or any side effect to speak of.8/10 I would recommend it.
