[Employee of walmartcanada] Out of all the mesh networks I've tried, this one is simply amazing. Nothing has even come close, including the Netgear Orbi. It's blazing fast, the mesh network is crazy strong, and I've never dropped to low signal. It's pricey, but it's totally worth every penny.

Before purchasing this one, I already had three of these. I was having an issue with our WiFi signal in the farthest part of the house. The signal was faint and not strong enough for a family room. I read adding more than 5 can be of excess and cause more harm than good to the network. But by adding one more to the Google Home app in our case, everyone in the home has noticed a huge difference. I would highly recommend. As long as the minis are evenly spread amongst the home, you should notice a difference. This has been our experience. I hope yours is just as successful.

It has helped my internet connection with my devices through my house. Gaming on the google WiFi has been great as well. The only down fall for me is that you can only hardline one device.

These things are a snap to set up and all you need is an eternet cable to 1 and the rest just need 110 power and they will communicate with each other

I have no complaints. Please keep in mind, I’m using this device in an apartment and not a house with upstairs or downstairs. My connection has been consistent, no indication of the device becoming disconnected at all. It paired well with the Arris Surfboard SB6183 with Optimum service.

We had intermittent WiFi outages and bought this a little over a month ago to replace our router. We have one on 2nd story, one on main level, and one in basement. We have had consistent WiFi strength ever since. We have 5 + devices, video games, streaming, etc.

older technology i have 5 of tjese I use as access points so I had to stay with same models otherwise i would have gotten the latest model from Google

It started off great but some of the recent updates seem to have cause my network to slow down. I'm even starting to see buffering on a few devices. There may of even been a loss of range one of my security cameras stopped connecting.

Do not port to the google home app if you have a mix of wired and wireless mesh points. I have spent a year and dozens of calls with google support. After all of that time they finally admitted that the software upgrades to cloud services have broken support for non-nest mesh points when configured with wired and wireless points on the same network. They have no solution. When software breaks supported product, good companies come ip with a solution. Google just left me hanging.
