Gotham Steel Diamond Crisper Tray Nonstick Baking Tray 2 Piece Set

I have a countertop oven which is larger than a toaster oven. It saves lots of energy than a regular oven so I use this countertop oven a lot. The 12.5” x 9.5” Gotham Steel Crisper Tray fits perfectly in this oven. I have cooked sausages, pork chops, drumsticks, potatoes with this crisper tray and basket. All turns out very good. I handwash both the tray and basket. Because they are non-stick, so it is easy to wash. The basket is stiff enough to hold the food in it, but it bends a bit if putting pressure on the mesh part when washing or storing it. It can be pushed back though. I took the chance to order 2 of this and very happy with my purchases. The trays stack perfectly, although the basket can also be stacked, I just wish they would stack neatly like the trays.

I bought a lot of the Gotham steel pots and pans and i kove them and they are beautiful. Love the nonstick coating. Food slides right off the crisper.

This works great. However, be sure to clean very soon after it cools or stuff will eventually bake on and will be much harder to remove. I will continue to purchase.

Smaller than what I expected. Not large enough for cooking food for my family. Will return it to get a larger one (at least 15” pan and basket)
