Gourmia 12-Cup Grind & Brew Coffee Maker with Integrated Grinder Black

Just received today. One day after ordering! My $280 Capresso grind and brew finally gave out after 8 years. I decided on this brand after reading reviews. Also price was less than one-third cost of the Capresso. Ok to make this short…I made 8 cups of coffee (whole bean grind) it took about 15 minutes to brew. I like STRONG coffee. I chose the fine grind and put 9 scoops of beans for 8 cups!! WOW! This brewer is wonderful and makes perfect coffee. Just read the book before you begin.

This is the mother of all coffee makers. I LOVE that it grinds coffee beans, so you don't need a separate grinder - it's built in. I'm also tired of the 'pod' systems. With a large family - 1 cup at a time takes too long. We use our favorite coffee, make up to 12 cups and it will keep the coffee warm for up to 4 hours. You can also program it - so if you want your coffee waiting for you in the morning - you can easily accomplish with this coffee machine. Overall construction is top notch. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting the mother of all coffee machines. I should also mention the packing and delivery was perfect. Included pictures for you to check out.

I am a big coffee drinker so having a good cup of coffee is very important to me. After searching long and hard I found the perfect coffee maker for my household. It brews the smoothest freshest tasting coffee and what’s great is the machine is so quite it doesn’t wake up the kids when I make my coffee early in the morning. It’s also very fast and so easy to clean and doesn’t clog like other coffe makers I’ve had in the past. I also love how stylish it looks in my kitchen. Highly recommended!

Doesn't live up to the description. Difficult to clean between brewing. Grinder is super loud compared to stand alone grinder we have. Settings are fickle, and you often need to reset the controls before brewing. Keep warm feature becomes disrupted if you turn it off prior to the time limit.

This grind

Filter system is horrible. basket for coffee to be brewed has no bottom so after you add coffee beans or pre-ground coffee and brew it, you have to wash all the wet grounds out of the internal brewing mechanism. Can make for quite a mess to say nothing of over time clogging your drain or septic system.

From day 1 this coffee pot was broken. I tried for mornings 3 as per instructions and still wouldn't work. I threw it in the garbage can. Extremely disappointed with this coffee machine. I'm warning all consumers to avoid this brand. No matter if it's a $75 dollar machine, it's a piece of crap. I'm very unhappy. Just wasted money.

What a piece of crap I spent more time cleaning out the grounds each day it stops brewing before it's completed you are supposed to be able to remove pot while brewing nope when and if the coffee brews it's great it takes up a lot of space too it's going to garage sale pile

Unit does not run a full brew cycle - stops about half way through and still has water in the window. restarting only gets a few more drips and its discolored liquid. Only way I can get coffee is to pour boiling water into the funnell over ground coffee, then it gives only half of what I pour in there. The rest stays in the bottom of the funnell. Tried many times - washed thoroughly and dried with hair dryer - like new. Same results - no coffee.

10 days in and stopped brewing. Barely got 4 cups this morning from 12 cups of coffee beans. What a waste. Tried running another pot but barely got it to complete another pot some 30 mins later. Water/condensation now leaking from the closed cover. What a joke at $80. Honestly was on the fence about keeping it anyway. While it worked, it did brew a nice cup of coffee but clean up is not great. Too much water remains with the grounds and emptying the grounds is a mess. This one is going back sadly. Liked the look and the concept but leaves a lot to be desired in the end. I would not recommend the purchase.
