Keurig K-Cafe Essentials Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino Maker with Built-In Frother, Black

after 2 attempts to have the K Crema and it's malfunctioned both times I've had to return both. this model is way better and will work no matter what. I will keep this one and wait until Keurig fixes the pressure pump for the K Crema. Just get the K Cafe.

Woke up and apparently our bigger Keurig DIED!!! Crap, so 1st order of business was to get another coffee maker QUICK...but also to do my research too. After looking at what was a valuable and options, besides size and looks. I liked what this model offers, even compared to other brands and cost. And this model came with the frother too. My husband is really liking this feature...and it cost less to other brands as well.

Keurigs tend to have a 2 year life span in my experience, but this one lasted 2 months. Every now and then a K cup would explode when you opened the hatch. we cleaned it and rinsed it, but still had a problem every so iften. Then the coffee part and milk frother completely quit working after only a couple months.

This is my second pot exactly the same this is perfect for us as I drink latte and he wants regular coffee. I Do need to say this pot doesn't last long and this particular pot doesn't work right! It usually doesn't make a cup of coffee on the first try!!My husband didn't tell me about the problem and I didn't find out until 5 weeks after the purchase and by that time the box was repurposed in the garage and it was too late for the return. Men can be so very dumb sometimes.

This machine quit brewing properly after 2 months. Took multiple attempts to brew a full cup. Walmart only accepts returns after 30 days on these appliances so I had to contact Keurig for my warranty. It was a pretty simple process and they sent the replacement fast but the replacement would not brew at all. The lights came on for the different cup sizes but it would not brew. Had to call Keurig back and switched it for a different product, but I'm having to send the defective one back. I will never buy another Keurig.

Well I can't tell because the driver took my order somewhere else like 10 miles away so I called they said we could send another one ok but still didn't get and just received a message saying we're having a problem finding your home how about that 👎

As a happy walmart customer , I was excited to open my box and make a nice fresh cup of coffee using my BRAND NEW Kuerig ... untill it didn't work. I checked everything. Brand newThere's no reason it shouldn't work

I bought this on recommendation of a Walmart associate who said his lasted years. Mine started malfunctioning within a week of purchase, would not brew, frother got stuck and would not turn off. Got a replacement that would not even turn on. i am done with this product. Returned for full refund.

Didn't even have a month before problems started. Tried to brew 8oz but 4 oz or less came out. Went through troubleshooting didn't work. Frother also was defective. Ended up not being able to get replaced or repair from keurig and had to buy a new machine.

After a short time of using the machine it started performing poorly splashing the dispensed coffee all over the kitchen top instead of the tall flasks I am using I cleaned it multiple times with no result I am frustrated as I am wasting my money on the coffee pods and also unable to enjoy a decent cup of coffee. Is it too much to ask for ??? 🤔🧐
