Great Value Basmati Rice, 20 lb

I will choose Basmati as my second choice. My top choice is Zafran Basmati from Costco. Both Great Value Basmati and Zafran Basmati offer good quality and value for money, but Zafran is slightly more aromatic than Great Value. Personal preference plays a significant role, so it ultimately depends on your taste. If you want to compare Royal Basmati with Great Value Basmati, I believe Great Value is the better option.

We usually buy large bags of Japanese or Balsamic rice from Costco. I happened to look online and realized Walmart carries both types or rice, in large bags. Price is about average for 20 lbs. But FREE shipping with a $35 order. Arrived quickly. Thick plastic bag. Packed well. Rice is delicious. Will definitely buy again. No membership required! Highly Recommended

I really like this rice. I've been buying it for a long time. It cooks very well and comes out nice and fluffy. I love how it turns out when I make it with chicken and vegetables, but it's also great just as plain white rice. It's very good quality and it goes a long way. I like buying the 20 lb bag because, in my opinion, it lasts longer and is more cost-effective. I 100% recommend it.

I was a bit skeptical about the quality and packaging based on the reviews, but it was well packaged and the grains are long and lean like basmati rice should. It doesn't have potatoe bag smell like other brands. Giving the price and quality, it is a good deal. Shipping was super fast as well. I purchased two. Thanks Walmart!

The basmati rice 20 lbs from great value brand is great. I am satisfied with this purchase especially for the price you cannot beat this price! The rice bag came undamaged just like you would see it at the store. The aroma is subtle. It was well packaged. However, I never understand why there is always some space in the bag that makes it appear as if the bag is half way full and that it's not really 20lbs of rice in it... I would recommend and I will purchase again. Thank you.

I just love it. If you cook it on medium fire, it will come fluffy. But for the price it expensive and sometime Walmart refused delivery and said <ONLY PICK UP FROM THE STORE.> and there is not Walmart in my state. If we can have 10 lb. it will be great too.

this is Good quality rice and if you want to cook more efficiently, just wash the rice and soak in water for 20 min and after that put in boiling water for cooking ,if go through like that rice become 3 times after cook

The Great Value Basmati Rice is a staple in our household. The 20 lb bag lasts our family of 7 for quite awhile, but we cook with basmati rice about once a week. Great flavor. Cooks great in the instant pot. Would recommend!

Not your average rice, Basmati has a beefy, nutty flavor to it and is a lovely change of pace. I thought I was getting a 2 pound bag. lol oh well. I won't run out this way.
