I like basmati as it works well for fried rice and with other Chinese type recipes. My first 5%23 bag.I buy groceries 1 time during month so hoping it lasts for recipes I need it for.

So far excellent quality, great taste and aroma... So flavorful. Cooks up long and not sticky, unlike that Mahatma garbage. Excellent value and all I ever buy.

Excellent Size %26 Price
I LOVE Basmati rice. I didn't know there were 5lb bags, I only ever saw the 2lb until today. Great price and the perfect amount for me to keep on hand.

Worth every penny and so good!
I've recently bought this brand, hoping it would be as good as the name brands and I can say it is! I do soak it for about 15 minutes and rinse it and it's great! I'll definitely buy this again!

Bag of rice seemed to be less than before but same price or higher. It's unusual go to but bag is not as full as before

The other varieties of rice come in resealable bags. Why doesn't this Basmati? The bag rips too easily, spilling grains all over the counter and floor and is prone to weevils.
