Great Value Strawberry Awake Breakfast Cereal, 11.2 oz

I really like this cereal. The tart tanginess of the strawberries with the mild sweetness of the flakes is a really nice bite. It has plenty of nutrients and makes for a tasty and healthy breakfast or even just as a snack. The flakes are nice and crisp and stay that way in milk for a while.

Apparently many people enjoy this cereal and it is very tasty. Sometimes it is available to where you can order like 10 boxes at the same time. For that we are truly grateful. Now days it seems all the various sizes for the bulk are not available. Please stock more of this product. This time I also purchased bulk Special K as the Strawberry Awake was not available.

Better than the name brand! Lots of strawberries, stays crisp long enough to eat it - instead of getting soggy. My daughter requests it almost daily for breakfast. Taste is sweet but not too sweet. The photo literally was just as it poured out of the box.

I buy these sometimes, so that we will have something on hand to make trail mix, have a quick bite for breakfast. They are good and have some health benefits, so I'm not feeding my cards straight up cardboard, it doesn't feel like. We don't usually eat things like this, we are more of a cooking meals type of family.

This is the best breakfast cereal, I was shopping at Walmart in the cereal area and a lady came up to me and said you need to try this cereal, so I bought it, it's great I have been buying ever since.

Very good, i use a 1/4cup added to 1 cup nonfat greek strawberry yogurt at brunch since i only have coffee when i wake, granola is a no go for me due to my health, so i use this and i love the crunch it gives my yogurt, its filling and holds me over til dinner, total calories are around 160. I deducted 1 star due to added sugar's.

Could use more berries but you could always buy freeze dried strawberries and add some to it. Overall I think it tastes better and stays crunchier in milk than the name brand.

When I first started purchasing this cereal a few years ago, it seemed to be a less costly purchase than a name brand strawberry cereal. It seemed to contain a lot more freeze dried strawberries. However, this past year there have scarcely been any freeze dried strawberries in each box and I like to buy two at a time. This past 6 months, I have been buying additional packages of just GV freeze dried strawberries to add them to the cereal. But this last purchase was very, very disappointing on the amount of freeze dried strawberries that were in both boxes that I purchased last week. It would be better if you would increase the amount of freeze dried strawberries in each box. I really don't like having to buy additional packets of freeze dried strawberries because then I'm paying a lot more money to eat the cereal so I may have to pass on buying your brand in the future.

There was almost no strawberries in the box! The 1 or 2 slivers would not have made even 1 small strawberry in the whole box. Plus you dramatically reduced the amount of cereal way, way down to a much smaller box. You shouldn't be so extreme %26 greedy to your faithful customers, it's bad ethics. Thanks a lot. I was really looking forward to that 1 thing- this "Strawberry Awake" cereal with a whole, whole bunch of strawberries in the cereal, like it was before. It was one of my main joys in life. This cereal made me very ill. I don't know if it is coated with MSG or some other ingredient that doesn't sit well with the body's metabolism. Walmart, take note.
