Grill Mates Seasoning, Hamburger, 2.75 oz Bottle

This McCormic hamburger seasoning is delicious!! It smells like a hamburger should all on its own. Even before you add or cook the meat. And with the meat it tastes like perfectly seasoned burger. We were generous with the seasoning and really enjoyed it! We will definitely be re-purchasing it when ours runs out. We wanted to try it in a dish as well and decided to add it to a hamburger helper. There is a bell pepper flavor, salt, pepper, and a mixture of other spices I am not sure what they are, but they taste great. It took the hamburger helper from fine to really yummy. So it is not just for hamburgers. It is defiantly worth giving a try. We normally use lowry's seasoning salt. It's kind of our go to. This is WAY better.

I used this hamburger seasoning twice now but it's one of my favorites already. For me it makes cooking easy since it's some of my favorites already flavors that I already use wrapped into one such as garlic, onion, chili pepper, and more. Not usually a fan of pre-made burger seasonings- I'd rather make my own. But this one had me making burgers back to back 2 days in a row! It had a kick that would sneak up on you but nothing super spicy or couldn't be fed to younger kids. We loved it!

I got this seasoning from BzzAgent to try, and I actually liked it more than I expected. It gives burgers a really good flavor without needing to add a bunch of other spices. You can definitely taste the garlic and onion, and it has a little smoky kick too. I used a small amount mixed into the meat and the burgers came out super tasty. I'd use this again for cookouts or quick dinners at home.

I really like this hamburger seasoning, it makes seasoning super easy for burger nights which is exactly what you want. It has everything I normally season with put together and it has a nice smoky flavor which I enjoy. This is a simple and classic blend, imparting a good steakhouse flavor to grilled meats, and flavoring ground beef. At 1 tbsp per pound, the 2.75 oz size goes fairly quick in the summertime, and I often use a little more than that. I find it to be a little coarse of grind myself, so I will sometimes put some through a pepper mill. I am happy to see that McCormick uses no preservatives, dyes, or mysterious ingredients in this blend. It is packaged with an approximate two year shelf life. Everything is roasted and savory in taste, and this blend goes well with grilled meats as well as pan cooking. A very masculine blend...not for lettuce. If you mix this with ground meat you might want to grind it a little, especially if you are in a hurry for the flavoring...but be sure to slather some on the outside of whatever you are cooking, it gives a good spicy crunch. Enjoyed this spice and will get it again.

We typically use salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to season our burgers, however this seasoning replaced our usual mixture as a great all in one replacement. The burgers tasted great on the blackstone and came out well seasoned with our homemade Big Mac sauce!
