great flavor, easy to use
I use this product for running. this is easy to use fuel and tastes really good. one of the favorite flavors in our family. it goes down easy taken with water. i take 1 for every 40ish minutes of running.

I have been using GU energy gels for a long time on my long distance runs and cycling events. They give you the extra energy without making you feel uncomfortable during your run or ride. I get the ones with caffeine for that little extra kick.

Tasty. Goes down easy. I like the fact that it has no caffeine. Looking forward to using them during my 10-miler race.
