this is our favorite flavor Gu, not too sweet, not too strong of a flavor. we use them before a walk/run or on bike rides when you need energy but can't eat a meal. not too filling, just enough energy to get you through until you can eat.

The Raspberry Lemonade flavor is delicious — tart, sweet, and really refreshing. It's easy to take on the go, and the packet size makes it convenient to keep in a bag or pocket for when I need quick energy. I've found this works great for busy days when I need a pick-me-up. It gives me steady energy without a crash and doesn't upset my stomach. Definitely a flavor I'll keep stocked up on!

The flavor and consistency of these gels is excellent, and it does give a nice energy boost about 15-20 minutes after eating. It doesn't require a water chaser but I take it on my longer rides and a few swallows of water does make it go down easier and keeps me hydrated. I use these regularly and prefer them over most other gels I've tried.

Taste is good. We use these after dirtbike trail riding in the desert to replenish and nourish our bodies for the long ride. It really helps and we can feel the difference. So handy to have. We always bring extra in case someone else in our group needs to feel recharged.

I got these for a tournament on a hot Saturday. Both of my boys loved them and said they helped them to push through during the heat and humidity. Also helped them to endure a really long day of playing tennis!

My husband uses this when he goes on long dirtbike rides out of town. He takes 5 minutes before a long ride to keep him going, then another every 45 minutes during the ride as needed. He likes the flavor and doesn't give him any odd or unhealthy feeling after.
