Nature's truth is the best. It really works on your skin, nails and hair. I have Thyroid issues and it's been a life saver for me. I had issues with hair loss and I don't have that issue anymore. I've recommend these vitamins to my sister.

YOU get older your hair thins. I heard of Biotin at the nursing facility I work at. IT really keeps you hair's texture and makes you feel young and healthy. THIS brand with 5000mcg is excellent.

Natures Truth Hair skin and nails brings quality you can count on to VITAMINS supplements. Easily taken with your 3 Meals without noticeable aftertaste. I like how the supplements were fresh, a small easy to swallow size. best of all how effective they were.

Just like all items I wish packaging was a little bit more environmentally friendly. The product is as expected. I work a lot with my hands outdoors and frequent hand washing was making my nails brittle. After taking the vitamins for a few months my husband commented that he didn't realize I could even grow fingernails.
