Hamilton Beach 12-Cup Programmable Drip Coffee Maker Machine with Glass Coffee Pot, Black

I had a Mr Coffee for about 6 yesrs that finally gave up. This was twice the cost. Thr carafe seems about 2 cups smaller and very thin. The ehole machine feels fragile compared to the durability I'm used to. It's easy to fill. I use permanent filters so I can't comment on ease of changing filters. I can barely read the clock from a foot away. It brews quickly and bold setting is accetable. Is it worth the cost? That's subjective. All the brands have doubled in price and halved in quality for a 12 cup size simple drip coffee maker. Because of that, I guess so. In reality, not really. We'll see how long the individual components hold up.

So far this coffee maker checks all the boxes and I am pleased with the operation and purchase. The clock is large enough to see from a distance and the basket is a easy clean. I especially like the option of the setting of "bold" taste . The safety feature of the a uto-shut-off is a pulse with life getting busy.

Needed to replace my 10 year old Hamilton Beach and this coffeemaker looked similar to my old one. It does not perform as expected. Slow to make even 6 cups and noisy the entire time, plus makes random noises after coffee is made as long as it is on. It was similar in price to my old one and my old one was quality so I thought I'd found a more updated model of my old model. It is in no way the quality of my old one. I wish I had investigated further and passed on this one.

The pause feature does not work well. Coffee drips on burner after you remove carafe to pour coffee. Coffee leaks on lid when brewing due to poor design of the spring shutoff/carafe lid. Cheap quality. Clock not illuminated.

I ordered a Bunn speed Brew platium stainless steel 10 cup coffee maker, was delivered Dec 6th, just now examined it and it's a Hamilton Beach 12 cup coffee maker coffee maker, what's up here, we only use and have used Bunn Makers for many years, now what do I do .? Tell me what I am to do now, I really want the Bunn I ordered, it says Hamilton Beach , Bunn coffee maker at top of this page, I don't understand.

Very cheaply made - I don't think it will last more than a month before breaking. Overflows with coffee grinds regardless of recommended filter type. Tried 2 tablespoons of coffee grinds and same overflow issue. Short electrical cord so coffee maker needs to be within 1 foot of outlet.

the heating plate got rusted and peeled away. Very unsightly. also, spring on coffee holder came out.

I ordered a Bunn platinum and got a Hamilton beach.. I stated it was a gift. It was delivered to my home in the clear see thur plastic wrap. This was a gift .

I never got it I sent back a coffee maker that u sent not what I ordered then u sent the same to me again then I drove 50 miles to take this one back I should get one free or the money to buy one

Item was listed as a Bunn Coffee pot all my notifications came with the name Bunn Speed brew platinum. I received a cheap Hamilton Beach. Very disappointed with the bait and switch.
