Works well, heats food very well. Everything you'd expect from a microwave. It's pretty big. Has this “locking” feature.. after you warm your food you have to press unlock to open the microwave sometimes. Idk what's the purpose but it doesn't bother me at all. Overall solid microwave.

Needed one quickly, Walmart had it and Hamilton Beach is brand name. I'm used to working with. It is his roomie, it functions well. excellent size and very easy to clean. Don't have the extra buttons, which is a fantastic because I don't use them anyway. Easy to set your time, and heat needed.! love it💛

I was a little leery about the child proof lock. Copied the instructions down on how to deactivate it from it's description @ Walmart.com. Didn't need to as instructions were on the door. Deactivated lock before ever using. Easy to use, it's huge %26 seems to be working great. You don't have to hold onto it to keep it from moving when you open the door. One of the other microwaves I considered had a video that showed just that so crossed it off my list. One of these days I'll read the manual but so far I've used most features and haven't had to.

way bigger than expected. even tho i checked measurements before order. real heavy. glad i didnt drop it when putting on counter. havent used much so far. but am excited to try cooking turkey, since interior is big enough. have cooked quite a few in past.comes out real moist.

This is a great microwave at a great price, it heats fast and is easy to use. The kitchen timer was a little tricky because a few seconds after it starts it switches back to the clock screen, but the timer is still going and will beep when the time ends. To view the timer just touch the timer button and it will show the time left. I like the 1100 watt power and you can just touch start and heat for 30 seconds or 1 to heat a minute and so on.

First of all, it is Big. My last one was 0.9 and this one 1.6, so quite a bit bigger but more power watts too. It takes up almost all of my counter space but I'm rearranging some stuff. The only draw back is getting used to the Lock feature. But for safety for the young ones, it's worth it. I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this microwave because I loved my previous one which is also Hamilton Beach. This microwave has a safety lock which can easily be disabled if not needed. Only two negatives. The power cord is shorter than my previous microwave so I had to rearrange my kitchen to place it on the counter. It is extremely loud, at least compared to last one.

Great microwave. Looks nice, very spacious, heats up well. Metal and glass build. Definitely too big for some. Only cons are that it keeps loudly beeping intermittently if you don't remove your food after a cycle is complete (stupid feature, should've come turned off by default) and the spoke in one of the three wheels that rotate the spinning glass plate broke very easily as I unboxed it.

i was looking for a bigger microwave to heat up leftovers. This one is definitely big enough. i do like it seems to cook items with less time. What i don't like its difficult to set the time on it. That %26 i can't stand the lock function. which i can't seem to turn off

The clock flashed and wouldn't keep the correct time. Sometimes it would display a 24-hour clock instead of the set 12-hour. The whole microwave stopped working completely. Unplugged and plugged it back in. Had to do that twice. Seems to be working now - clock is too for now.
