Hamilton Beach 17 Cu Ft Upright Convertible Refrigerator Freezer, White Large Garage Ready Fridge or Freezer for Home, Basement, Business, Bulk Storage

I was very skeptical about getting this freezer. Only because people complained they came damaged. Mine had no damage. Plugged it in, within hours was at freezing. This freezer is a lot bigger than I thought and really holds a lot. Love it. Special thank you to Jeremy. He was wonderful with the delivery.

Received the item a couple of days early and got it set up in my garage. I'm replacing a 10 year old small chest freezer, and didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. I'm impressed by the amount of room in the freezer and the actual size of it. There was no damage to the freezer and the delivery was handled just as I requested. So far so good.

I was afraid after reading about the shipping problems but it was delivered in perfect condition. he laid it on the side though. I just waited 24hrs until I unpacked it and plugged it in and it got to temperature very fast. I'm using it as a refrigerator and it's working fine so far. great for the price.

We bought 2 of these. One to use as a freezer and one as a refrigerator. They both are great at keeping temperature even in my garage with the temperature being over 90 degrees all week. The temperature readout on the front is a great feature, I can easily see that it's staying at the correct temperature . They are a tremendous value at that price.

We bought this to replace a box freezer that I just got tired of bending over and stretching for food in the bottom. ( I'm 4'10'') I'm really loving the shelving and not having to stretch to get want I need. Also like the internal light that lights up the inside.

I love this fridge for its size and convenience, the identical one i had before gave up within the 3 year warranty period which was a lucky thing, didn't hesitate to get another one. For the cost I couldn't expect more , it cools perfectly and freezes perfectly maintaining temperature well.

Was leery at 1st with all bad reviews mainly re: shipping %26 few bumps %26 bruises. My inner voice said, ‘Take a chance'. I did %26 glad of it. It's perfect. Have 3 frig's all at verge of no return. This particular item is a Convertible to/from frig to freezer. Perfect. I bought one %26 sorry didn't get 2 from get go. Perfect size, uses, get upright freezer And Frig. Awesome. Door's little hard to open but can live with that. Lots of storage room EZ PZ Temp adjustments on front of door. Also bought mini freezer/frig for small kitchen. And now gonna buy the 2nd upright freezer/frig to make all completely New units. Very happy with the items.

Arrived damaged , refused shipment, FedEx never took it off their truck. Now fighting with Walmart over a refund as they want me to return it to the store. They have the merchandise. i should have heeded the reviews warning me of damaged items. Disputing now with CC company. i will never shop there again.

So when I bought this particular item, the store told me that the only reason it was on sale was because it was the last one and it was damaged very badly damaged. It had many really deep dings in the exterior of it on the front didn't look well. Come to find out that this was on sale for a while and they had brand new ones for the sale price. I'm a little upset about that because I was told by my store that the only reason I was getting it for that price was because of the damage on it and the only reason I took it at that time is because I was desperately in need of, a refrigerator due to my refrigerator going out. Come to find out they were on sale because all of the refrigerators at every Walmart was on sale and I was very unhappy that my store sold me a messed up refrigerator like that and lied to me.

The unit is functioning as it should. No complaints about product quality at all. The third-party shipping was terrible, and Walmart's "chat" responses were even worse. The unit arrived with a large dent on the hinge side of the door. As a result, when the cabinet is level, the door isn't (and vice versa). Walmart's automated response was to return a 17 cubic feet freezer/refrigerator to a local Walmart for a refund. Even if I could load it, I don't have a truck, and it certainly won't fit in the trunk of my car. If I had wanted a damaged unit, I would have gone to a local scratch and dent appliance outlet... and paid a scratch and dent price. The live chat response from the Walmart customer service representative was for me not to allow negativity to rule my life, and he then immediately disconnected. I don't think it's wise to purchase a major appliance from Walmart, especially if third-party shipping is the means of delivery. You just might end up being stuck with a damaged major appliance.
