I love frying chicken and fish I'm from the Deep South and this deep fryer is the truth for a home, doesn't take long either fresh out the kitchen baby.

Big Boy Hot Air
It's really very sharp looking... BUT just too tall to fit on the kitchen counter, had a hard time finding a spot for it. Plus, it takes a while to heat up, made frozen fries
